Contributer at The Black Power Station

From 2021 until the early months of 2023, I contributed to the production of The Black Power Station in Makhanda.

The Black Power Station is a significant independent arts venue, social enterprise, and cultural centre located in Makhanda (formerly known as Grahamstown) in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Positioned on Rautenbach Road within a renovated industrial power station, it has converted a historical site of racial segregation into a lively hub for creative expression, critical discourse, and grassroots activism.

At this institution, I played a role in crafting engaging narratives, writing articles, capturing photographs, and providing assistance in any way possible during the event hosting days at the institution.
